Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 5 business days, usually sooner if your product is in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Local Delivery

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we now offer curbside delivery within the city limits of Grande Prairie, AB for a cost of $5. 

Canada/United States
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We offer free shipping on all Canada-wide orders over $100, and free shipping on all American orders over $125.

International
We offer International shipping on all of our products. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. While all products will be shipped via Airmail, Sakina Botanicals is not responsible for delays in shipping or any additional delivery charges. Customers will be provided with a tracking number. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please confirm with your local mail service/post office that they are accepting packages from Canada BEFORE you place your order, as many countries are not accepting international packages during this time.
