Shipping and Returns

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 5 business days via Canada Post - usually sooner if your product is in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note: Due to the low melting point of all our herbal salves and whipped body butters, these will only be shipped during weeks in the summer with weather forecast below 20 degrees Celsius. Please be advised that there may be a delay in shipping your order if this is the case.

Canada/United States
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We offer free shipping on all Canada-wide orders $100+ and free shipping on all American orders $125+.

International
We offer International shipping for $30 on all of our products. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. While all products will be shipped via tracked airmail, Sakina Botanicals is not responsible for delays in shipping or any additional delivery charges. Customers will be provided with a tracking number. 

Guarantee & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a full refund within 7 days on any unopened product. Sakina Botanicals will only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before shipping if you require a return/refund.
