Rich in Magnesium, Iron, Chlorophyll, and Vitamins B, K & C, this tonic replenishes and remineralizes when used daily. Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle and Oatstraw, all are considered nutritive and mineral rich, useful for replenishing the body and support the immune and reproductive system.

Nettle is commonly used for treating anemia and nutrient deficiencies, is supportive to the endocrine system, effective as an adrenal tonic and known to improve thyroid function. Red Raspberry Leaf has a long history of supporting the female body and women's uterine health. It is most often used to help support women through pregnancy, but is also commonly used to provide relief for PMS symptoms and menstrual cramping.

Oatstraw is considered one of the best herbs for the nervous system, particularly during times of acute stress and exhaustion. It may play a role in mellowing the mood, easing anxiety, combating sleeplessness and the effects of daily stress. Oatstraw balances the endocrine and immune system.

Brewing Instructions: To make an infusion, add 1 Tbsp to 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for at least 30 min, or overnight for a stronger tonic. Sweeten with unpasteurized honey as needed. Drink daily.
