Hibiscus is alkalizing, anti-inflammatory, rich in vitamins and minerals, and contains higher antioxidants than green matcha tea - but without the caffeine. Nourishing from the inside out, this tart floral tea is healthful, restorative and can be enjoyed hot in the winter or iced in the summer. 

Also amazing as home-brewed Kombucha flavouring, for popsicles, or for making Gelato!

Ingredients (*Certified Organic): Hibiscus Sabdariffa (Hibiscus) Flowers*, Cinnamomum Cassia (Cinnamon) Bark*, Citrus Aurantium (Orange) Peel*, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) Root*, Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Petals*

Brewing Instructions: Add 2 tsp to 1 cup of freshly boiled water, or 3 Tbsp in 1 litre if making iced tea. Steep for 15 min. Hibiscus is tart, so sweeten with unpasteurized honey as needed.
